Over the years he has developed Study Feeds as the Premier Institute for German Language as well. His focus remains on designing and implementing strategies and initiatives that will help improve educational and employment outcomes.

Born in Aschaffenburg, Germany, Pia completed her vocational training in logistics and did her diploma courses in French from Lausanne/Switzerland, and English language from London/UK. Subsequently, she joined the German Foreign Service and was posted in Chennai, Tokyo, and New Delhi. She married an Indian Air Force officer in 1993 and they mutually decided to stay in India, leading Pia to quit the German Foreign Service. Pia started working at the German Embassy School, in New Delhi in 1994, and even after retirement, she continues to work there with primary school students. She is currently associated with Study Feeds as the Head of Cultural Relations.
Armed with domain knowledge of Genetics and Microbiology she has over 14 years of experience in research, handling key accounts, mentoring and setting up high performance teams spread across different geographical locations.
She has been at the helm of affairs on a day-to-day basis and helping students and parents to take better and well-informed decisions.
20 odd years of advertising experience across agencies like McCann, Everest and Equus, and corporate communication experience with Jaypee Group.
Last 5 years as Business Director with McCann Erickson Delhi office Brands nurtured; Dabur Chywanprash, Compaq, Chevrolet, Subway Restaurants, Odomos, Odonil, Max Healthcare and Max New York Life, among many others.
