Tasks
- Flexible staffing to ensure the availability of the steelworks plant
- Operating cranes in accordance with operational specifications
- Preparing, operating, and tapping the electric arc furnace with the aim of achieving optimal production results
- Operating the ladle furnace in accordance with requirements and with the aim of preparing the charge for continuous casting
- Checking refractory materials/wear parts in accordance with operational instructions and preparing the ladles for tapping
- Preparing the strands at the continuous casting plant in accordance with operational instructions
- Monitoring and controlling the casting at the continuous casting plant in accordance with operational specifications
- Ensuring compliance with operational instructions in the work environment, including occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
- Work to maintain the functionality of the plant and order and cleanliness in the work area
Working hours:
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
- Vacation 28 days
Requirements
Language level:
- At least A2: must be available at the job interview

- 2 years of professional experience
- Experience/knowledge in metalworking, steelworks, rolling mills, or foundries.

Salary and benefits:
- €3,085.02 basic salary (excluding bonuses)
- Performance bonus of approx. 13th salary; additional 6 days off per year or €1,248 gross one-off payment
