Requirements
Candidate Eligibility
- Education-minimum 10th grade (SSC) or higher.
- Experience – 23 years verified professional driving of buses/coaches (Category D).
- Age-under 40 years at application.
- Language-commitment to reach German B1 (A1 & A2 may be online; B1 must be classroom-based); B1 certificate from Goethe, Tele or ÖSD within 10 months (maximum 12).
- Driver’s Licence – valid Category D (bus) licence from home country.
- Health-medically fit for passenger transport driving, including eyesight test.
- Police Clearance-clean criminal-record certificate.

- Drivers will receive a minimum salary of 2600 euros Gross per month
- Drivers will receive a minimum of 25 days paid holiday per year. Overtime is paid in addition
- Candidates will fly to Germany after receiving their visa and then travel to Poland for training.
- The duration of training in Poland is between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the experience of the driver
- Accommodation and food costs are covered by the employer during the training period
- The employer will reimburse the visa costs. The flight costs are dependent on the specific employment contract
