Program Description
The Electrical Engineer-Ausbildung Program offers young Indian candidates the opportunity to train and work in Germany’s thriving electrical engineering sector. Based on Germany’s world-renowned Duale Ausbildung model, the program combines classroom leaming with paid, hands-on work experience in Industrial and commercial environments.
Participants develop core competencies in installation, automation, maintenance, and energy systems- enabling them to pursue long-term technical careers in sectors like power distribution, renewable energy, smart home systems, and industrial automation.
This program also opens a pathway to permanent employment and settlement in Germany upon successful completion.
Requirements
Basic Admission Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12 years of formal schooling (Higher Secondary/Class 12 certificate or equivalent)
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years at the time of application
- Language Proficiency: Minimum B1 level in German from a recognized institution:
- TestDaF
- Goethe-Institut
- Telc
- ÖSD
Required Documents
Enrollment Phase 1:
- German Language Proficiency Certificate (B1)
- Class 12 or equivalent Certificate
- Higher education certificates (if applicable)
Enrollment Phase 1.1:
- Valid Passport
- Academic Transcripts/Mark Sheets
- Qualification Agreement (Ausbildung-compliant)
- School Leaving Certificate
- Medical Certificate confirming fitness to train and work
